October is Medical Ultrasound Awareness Month. Medical Ultrasound Awareness Month (MUAM) was established to provide the public with a better understanding of ultrasound and its many uses of this fast growing technology in healthcare.
The vascular technologists at VSC bring years of knowledge and expertise to our vein care procedures and treatments.
Kat has been a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer since 2005. She was a clinical instructor for several years, loves teaching students about ultrasound. She is well recognized for vascular ultrasound expertise and specializes in venous insufficiency.
Aldona has been an RVT since 2006. She worked for over 13 years as a Lead Vascular Technologist before joining the VSC team. Aldona likes imaging veins and wants to help patients feel better, so they can enjoy their life.
