Your first visit may be longer than most doctors’ visits.
We will perform a detailed leg ultrasound, take photos of your legs, and measure you for compression garments.
We conduct a comprehensive review of your medical complaint in order to determine the proper treatment for you.
We will review with you all ultrasound findings and establish a treatment plan that is specifically for you. We will discuss all treatments in detail, including benefits, risks, and alternatives. We will do our best to answer any questions you may have in a way that you can understand. We want you to leave our office with a full understanding of your vein problem and the available treatment options and with all questions answered.
We have a full line of compression garments and other aids to care for patients with venous disease available for purchase in the office.
We request that you fill out the enclosed forms, even though they are lengthy. Bringing them with you will save some time.
Please bring a pair of loose fitting shorts for your visit (or you can wear our paper ones) Please arrive 30 minutes early to complete any additional paperwork. In addition please bring your insurance cards and a photo ID with you.
